- Deliverables (reports, strategies, leads, SEO work, etc.) are shared via email, cloud platforms, or agreed tools
- Timelines may vary based on project scope, client inputs, and dependencies
- Delays caused due to incomplete information or approvals from the client are not our responsibility
Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and SEO services. Due to the nature of our work:
- All payments made are non-refundable once the project has started
- For subscription/retainer services, fees paid for the ongoing cycle are non-refundable
- In case of any service-related concerns, we will work with you to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- No refunds are provided for completed work or partially delivered milestones
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle (for ongoing/retainer services)
- No refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycle
- Any pending dues must be cleared before cancellation
