Answer: Not all customers can apply, customers who hold valid MOA, AOA, GSTN, PAN, and TAN can apply for a vendor role. Please read the vendor policy and registration process for details.

Answer: Customers are requested to refer to the citrusmint policy if the goods are sold by Citrusmint Technology (Opc) Private Limited. Otherwise, customers are requested to refer to the store-specific policy or product-specific policy.
- What the priority of policy is for return and refund requests?
Answer:

Priority is defined in ascending order and the least number carries higher priority. Escalation to the next level will be stopped as soon as the higher priority policy addresses the business requirements.

- Is insurance mandatory for returns and refunds of goods?
Answer: Vendors are requested to ensure the product before dispatching it to customers. Customers are requested to ensure the product before dispatching it to vendors.
How to download the app?
Answer: Follow below steps to download app.
- Open https://www.citrusmint.in in mobile / tablet or desktop browser.
- System gives a notification to download the app, or open the browser menu to view the option “download app “.
- No need to search in the play-store or app-store. Data transfer is safe as SSL is implemented.
Vendor
Vendors Registration Process.
- Register as customer, Activate the user-id via activation link received in the email.
- Visit the vendor registration page, by clicking “Apply to become vendor”.
- Select the subscription plan.
- Confirm the user id and email id. Enter OTP sent to your email.
- Please fill in the mandatory and optional details and submit the form for approval.
- Within 5 to 7 business days, vendors will be approved upon successful verification.
- Note: Existing vendors and shop managers are requested to visit the vendor page for operational purposes.
- Vendors are requested to track drivers through dashboard.
- Drivers are requested to track the routes through dashboard.
