Shipment, Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Note: Please note that Citrusmint Technology (Opc) Private Limited is a technology company and store, Company onboards several local shops and each shop carries its own shipment, return and refund policy (i.e. under store policy). Please read the shop/product-specific shipment, return & refund policy before placing the order. The below policy is applicable to goods sold from Citrusmint Technology (Opc) Private Limited. The company is not responsible for 3rd party shops’ products. Customers are requested to report the complaints to [email protected] in case of any issues with shops/vendors. Citrusmint technology discusses with the shop vendors to resolve your issues related to purchase. Shipment, return / refund policy is displayed as given below.

Citrusmint Store Refund & Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy last 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     Computer laptops, desktops, Mobile, and Tablets after the delivery

     ●     Items classified as hazardous materials or that use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)

     ●     Downloadable software products, Customer software products/services

     ●     Gift cards

     ●     Jewelry orders

     ●     Health and personal care orders

     ●     Grocery products

     ●     Mattresses (unless damaged or defective) Mattress Toppers and Pillows Items sold in bulk or by the case

     ●     Furniture, Large appliances Rest of Small Home Appliances – Chimney, Water Purifier, Fan, Geyser only

     ●     Grocery – (Dairy, Bakery, Fruits, and Vegetables), Grocery – (Remaining items under grocery)

     ●     No Returns categories

     ●     Refurbished

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 3days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
